TCCP 202 -- Coaching and Team Project Challenge II
Pre-requisite – Team Coaching 201
Our participants leverage the TCCP to work through important individual and team goals from multiple dimensions:
Throughout the TCCP, the task expected from each team member and leader is to:
Continue working virtually on the strategic team project
Have participants cascade their learning and leadership insights to their own team(s) in the workplace
Meet with other team members at regular intervals over an extended period of time;
Participate and receive support from a LIM Certified Learning Coach and from their peer group to develop a personal yet effective style of management and shared leadership.
Build a high-performing team; discovering one’s own leadership philosophy and communication styles
Examine one’s life trajectory to discover patterns, traps, values, drivers, and build a development plan;
Define how to achieve life/work balance, and make it happen.
Course 202 is a period for one-on-one coaching practice session with each participant coaching the Learning Coach on any of the above challenges or opportunities. Written feedback for each participant is provided after the session.
Also in preparation for course 301, participants are reminded of the requirements for certificate of completion below.
Attend and actively participated in all three program workshops
Actively participate in a team that will work on a current challenge project
Complete between-module assignments including 4 e-learning assignments
Write a reflective paper on the book, Gentle Interventions for Team Coaching: Little things that make a BIG difference,that extracts insights and new questions to explore
Write an essay on “Becoming a Team Coach: My Journey”
Coach any team besides their own Team and received a minimum average of 3.5 on a 5-point proficiency scale (based on an anonymous feedback survey)
