This training consist of face-to-face workshop training (usually at the client's city location) and is augmented by online self-paced online training. Training has been structured to address client development needs on three distinct levels -- basic/core, intermediate and advanced. The course descriptions will provide an indication of the content of this particular training (shown below).
Corporate Social Responsibility -- CSR
This training consists of online training to augment the project work that is part of LIM's Leadership Development Programs. The modules have been developed to support project participants at all three levels of development (basic, intermediate and advance).
ARL Coach Development Program (ACDP)
This program has been designed to develop client "in-house" resources to become ARL skilled learning coaches. The initial training is done face-to-face over the course of several months (usually 2-3 day workshops). Online training materials are provided to refresh that face-to-face training.
ARL Learning Coach Development
Under development. This training will address the needs of individuals who desire pursuing the art of being a LIM Learning Coach. This program is extensive and currently is only open to internal LIM staff. Eventually this will become an open enrollment program.
ARL Tools
As a leader, manager, learning coach, or other role using ARL methodologies, we have found certain tools to be critical in those roles. Our online training provides video clips and PowerPoint representations of what participants experience during their face-to-face training.
