What?
Workshops aimed at middle and senior managers/leaders in varying types and sizes of organizations.
Why?
No matter how long a person has been in the role of manager/leader, they can always to find opportunities to improve their professional skills. The ARL principles guide that development by having participants work on relevant tasks in group settings in non-threatening ways.
How?
These workshops last roughly 1.5 to 2.0 days and cover particular topics. This allows participants to get the training that they need and want and groups them with other participants with similar goals. The various training topics include the following:
-- Strategy -- Partnerships -- Communications -- Polarity Management -- Teambuilding -- Performance Management (with Balanced Scorecards) -- Risk Management -- Corporate Social Responsibility
So what?
The participants will leave the workshop with an experiential reflection on each of the unique topics identified above. They will also create learning communities that will hopefully bond their continued learning and journey.
